We offer advice to clients who are subject to the provisions of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. We can offer specific advice on discrete transactions and a wider ranging service including a review and audit of an organisations anti-money laundering procedures and its day to day compliance.

In addition we offer specialised advice and representation in connection with proceedings before professional disciplinary bodies. For example we have been engaged by the jockey Fergal Lynch in in proceedings before the British Horseracing Authority (BHA).
