Following a trial at Southwark Crown Court a client of Janes Solicitors was acquitted of involvement in a multi–million pound conspiracy to launder the proceeds of drug trafficking.
This was against background of surveillance evidence by officers from Scotland`s Yard`s Serious Crime Directorate and many of the conspirators including the person at the centre of the conspiracy pleading guilty to the charge having accepted “ plea bargains “ negotiated with the prosecution.
